Casa Solar is a contemporary intervention in a 1800’s house. The main concept of the project was to create a ground floor with open public spaces interconnected through distinct planes as roofing. Always maintaining the original house’s lines, these planes present various movements towards it. Thus, the space designed is an open floor where many actions happen at the same time, connecting with the old building by its movement and proportions.
